Who Are We ?
My name is Hannah Pretty-Cramers.
I was born and grew up in Perth, Western Australia. I studied and qualified as a pastry chef at 19, and at 22 years I moved to Paris to study Patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu.
After a year of study and two apprenticeships, I moved back to Melbourne, Australia. I worked for five years in both patisseries and restaurants. I moved to Belgium in 2020 with Matthieu, my husband. We wanted to bring Australia's exciting pastry scene to Matthieu's home town of Hoeilaart, so between a Husband and Wife/ Business graduate and Pastry chef duo, Winston Patisserie was born.
Who is Winston? Winston is our loud, cheeky yet stubborn Dachshund and if you live in Hoeilaart you've probably been barked at by him-We're sorry!

Using the freshest ingredients, house-made pâte de praliné, free-range eggs, and appreciating our local suppliers. Every element of our product is created in our kitchen in Hoeilaart.
Delicious organic bread, sourced from a family business that mills their own flour using only renewable energy as well as using traditional techniques to respect the quality of the ingredients.
