Who Are We ?
My name is Hannah Pretty-Cramers.
I was born and grew up in Perth, Western Australia. I studied and qualified as a pastry chef at 19, and at 22 years I moved to Paris to study Patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu.
After a year of study and two apprenticeships, I moved back to Melbourne, Australia. I worked for five years in both patisseries and restaurants. I moved to Belgium in 2020 with Matthieu, my husband.
Following the birth of my daughter, Emilie, Winston Patisserie is entering an exciting new chapter. I am currently transitioning the business toward a more family-friendly model. While I step away from daily operations for a brief period, I look forward to serving you again soon through wholesale services and exclusive holiday releases for Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, and more.
