Yes! If you have been in store you will notice that my showcase is very small, which only holds a certain amount of different cakes. You will also notice my kitchen is equally small- this means I am limited to the size of my kitchen, my storage and my two hands. I try to change the menu as often as possible but this will generally be done on a seasonal basis.

Our cakes are made entirely by hand in our kitchen in Hoeilaart using high quality ingredients and a lot of time and effort. With inflation rapidly raising the cost of ingredients, gas, electricity, etc it is impossible to make a profitable product for any less. If you think about it- 1 individual cake that I've spent 3 days making, costs you the same as 1 glass of wine at a restaurant and is 3 times cheaper than the plated dessert you will eat at aformentioned restaurant.

It depends on the complexity of the order and how busy the period is. I always recommend the more time the better. It can always be scheduled in the diary and then discussed closer to the due date.

Not at the moment. I would love to cater for everyone however gluten and dairy free along with vegan desserts are a speciality that I haven't invested in. Never say never though
